CSS nodes

Adw::SpinRow has the same structure as #ActionRow, as well as the .spin style class on the main node.

Adw::SpinRow uses an internal Gtk::SpinButton with the GTK_ACCESSIBLE_ROLE_SPIN_BUTTON role.
